I worked as Interim Director of Sustainability, supporting the organisation in designing and implementing its ESG strategy within a demanding industrial and regulatory context. I led the Double Materiality Assessment in line with ESRS/CSRD standards, as well as the reporting and evaluation processes for EcoVadis (Platinum medal) and CDP. My work focused on integrating sustainability and environmental performance into the business strategy and decision-making.
