Grievance mechanism in supply chains for the protection of human rights

I collaborate with appellando, a global alliance driven by supermarket chains, to develop and implement effective, consistent grievance mechanisms across supply chains. As an external consultant and representative in Spain, I support its strategy, its activities and the strengthening of relationships with agricultural companies and other key stakeholders. My work relies especially on training and participatory spaces, as a basis for understanding contexts, listening, and building trust and real solutions.
