Commitment to impact and human leadership

I firmly believe that real change happens when you stop trying to be the best organisation in the world and start being the best for the world. My purpose is to turn the complexity of triple impact into a strategy that is clear, human and, above all, achievable.

Sustainability lived from the ground up

My journey began as a gardener in Germany, before training as an Agricultural Engineer; a root that today allows me to understand sustainability from its essence: respect for the land and for those who work it. My outlook was strengthened by living in Ecuador, South Africa and Tunisia, where I came to understand that diversity is the driving force behind solutions that are global and resilient.

For 17 years I led sustainability at an international agri-food group, which gave me the chance to get to know organisations from the inside. I understand their rhythms, their operational challenges and their real needs. This inside perspective is my greatest value to you: I don’t offer theories, but solutions that work in the day-to-day life of an organisation.

Strategy with global impact

As an external consultant, I have specialised in translating the most demanding standards into complex environments. One example is my involvement in developing and launching a human rights complaints mechanism for globalised supply chains; a critical tool for ensuring due diligence and protecting people’s integrity.

What I bring to your journey

  • Clarity and structure: I turn complex sustainability and human rights frameworks into tailored plans.

  • Good governance: I’m convinced that lasting success stems from transparent structures and people-centred leadership.

  • Practical solutions: I design strategies that don’t stay on paper, but become part of your organisation’s real, operational rhythm.

Today, my motivation is to put this experience at your service, supporting the transformation of your organisation or the development of your project.

Will you let me walk alongside you? I’d love to hear from you.
