I am truly committed about sustainability and believe it is vital to consider the well-being of both people and nature. Over the past 15 years, I have concentrated on ensuring compliance with human rights and ESG reporting, implementing social standard systems and supplier monitoring, and developing a sustainable cultural approach through training and dialogue.
Throughout this time, I have discovered my true passion: working on initiatives that align with my own values and ethics. Promoting human rights and bringing triple impact projects to life are actions that deeply inspire me. I am motivated by bringing together people, ideas, and projects that share the same goals and values, fostering a collaborative environment that multiplies our initiatives.
Moreover, I enjoy passing on my knowledge to others and sharing reflections in spaces of dialogue, where the diversity of thoughts enriches us. I am convinced that good governance and people-centered leadership are essential for the growth and success of any organization.
I am fortunate to do what I am passionate about every day. Learning from others, collaborating with others, inspiring others on our path to sustainability.
Having had the opportunity to live in Ecuador, South Africa and Tunisia, I have gained valuable insights into the importance of cultural diversity in sustainability efforts. I hold degrees in Agricultural Engineering, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Agroecology, as well as qualifications as a Lead Auditor in SA8000 and ISO 45001. I am fluent in German (native), bilingual in Spanish, proficient in English, and have intermediate proficiency in French.
